You are welcome to return any item for any reason within 30 days. The items must still be in packaged sellable condition and have a valid authorization number for a refund. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please contact us to receive an authorization HERE.

If you receive a product that has a manufacturer defect please contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement. Some manufacturers would like to work with you directly on problems; if this is the case we will get them in contact with you promptly.
